Quantum Regenesis LLC ("we") offers wellness education, detox guidance, herbal suggestions and subconscious reprogramming using PSYCH-K®, and sells the SCENAR® device. Isolde Bennett is a PSYCH-K® Facilitator, not a medical doctor, psychologist, therapist or pharmacist. Everything we share – in sessions, messages, guides, emails, social media and on our website – is for general wellness and education only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any detox, fast, dietary change, herbal product or device, and don't stop or change prescribed medication or treatment without their advice.

Check with your healthcare provider first if you

  • are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding
  • have a heart condition, epilepsy, a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device

Detox and herbs

Some people feel unwell when changing diet or starting herbs, and herbs can cause allergies or interact with medication. Check every ingredient with your healthcare provider or pharmacist, and stop and seek medical help if symptoms are severe, persist or worry you. Herbal products have not been evaluated by the US FDA or approved by South Africa's SAHPRA to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Subconscious reprogramming

PSYCH-K® is a process for working with subconscious beliefs. It is not psychotherapy, counselling or psychiatric treatment, and it may bring up strong emotions or memories. If you are struggling, please contact a licensed mental health professional.

The SCENAR® device

The SCENAR® device is an electrical stimulation device applied to the skin. It is not a diagnostic scanner, it does not detect or diagnose disease, and we make no claim that it detoxifies the body or treats any condition. Use it only as the manufacturer's instructions allow, and do not use it on broken skin, directly on the eyes, while driving, or if you have an implanted electronic device, unless your healthcare provider approves.

These terms apply to everything Quantum Regenesis LLC offers under The Quantum Regenesis Method – programs, sessions, digital materials and products – and to your use of www.quantumregenesis.com. Terms that limit our liability or place risk on you are in bold.

1. About us

2. Who can join

You must be 18 or older. You must complete our intake form and Informed Consent before your first session.

3. What each offer includes

Each program, session or product's inclusions, price, duration, access period and any specific cancellation terms are set out on its sales page or order confirmation, which forms part of these terms. If they differ from these terms, the sales page applies to that offer. Messaging support, such as WhatsApp, is not an emergency or medical service.

4. Sessions

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule, unless the sales page says otherwise. Sessions missed without notice may count as used. Unused sessions expire at the end of the access period. If we need to reschedule, we will offer you a new time.

5. Payment

You pay the price shown on the sales page, in the currency shown, through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your card details. You are responsible for any bank, currency-conversion or international fees. If an instalment fails, we may pause access until it is paid.

6. Cancellations and refunds

  • 7-day cooling-off: You may cancel within 7 days of buying, for a full refund within 30 days. This right ends as soon as you start the service – for example, by accessing materials or attending a session.
  • Once you have started, fees are non-refundable, including for unused sessions or support, unless the law requires a refund or we fail to deliver what we promised.
  • To cancel, email [email protected] with your name and order details.

7. SCENAR® device sales

  • Delivery. Devices ship directly from Enerbalance in Austria and normally arrive within 14 days. If a device is not delivered within 30 days, you may cancel for a full refund. Risk passes to you on delivery.
  • Import. You are the importer. You pay all import duties, taxes and customs fees, and you are responsible for checking that the device may be imported and used in your country.
  • Use. The device must be used only as the manufacturer's instructions allow. It is not a diagnostic scanner.
  • Returns. Device sales are final, except for faulty devices. South African buyers may cancel within 7 days of delivery, as South African law requires. The device must be unused and returned complete, with all parts and packaging, at the buyer's cost to Austria. We refund the price within 30 days of receiving it; import duties may not be recoverable.
  • Faulty devices. If a device is faulty, contact us and we will arrange repair, replacement or a refund. South African buyers also keep their 6-month right to return defective goods. This does not cover damage from misuse or unauthorised repair.

8. Gifts

Free gifts, such as herbals, are not part of what you buy. Some cannot be shipped to every country because of customs rules; if we cannot ship a gift, no substitute or cash value is owed. Check ingredients with your healthcare provider before use.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate health information, tell us about changes, follow our Wellness Disclaimer, and stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell.

10. Our materials

All materials, recordings and methods belong to Quantum Regenesis LLC. Your access is personal. You may not copy, share, resell or teach them without our written permission.

11. Ending services

We may end your participation if you are abusive, breach these terms or fail to pay. If you have not breached these terms, we will refund a fair share of anything not delivered.

12. Liability

We do not promise any particular health, emotional or other result. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of our services, materials, gifts or device, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. You agree to cover any third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the device or materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, intentional wrongdoing, or rights the law does not allow us to exclude.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. We will first try to resolve any complaint directly within 14 days. You keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live; South African clients may also approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission.

14. General

Our Wellness Disclaimer and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. We may update these terms; the version in force when you bought applies to that purchase. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

3. Health information

We collect and use health information only with your explicit consent, given on our intake form. You may withdraw consent at any time, though we may then be unable to continue working with you safely. We never sell health information or use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the business: Kajabi (including session recordings), Stripe, PayPal, WhatsApp, Enerbalance (device delivery) and our accountant. We may share information with emergency services if your life or safety is at serious risk, or where the law requires it. Some providers store data in the USA, EU or elsewhere; we use providers that protect it adequately, and by using our services you consent to these transfers.

5. Security

We use secure, password-protected accounts and limit access to your information. WhatsApp is encrypted, but please share only what you are comfortable sending there. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.

6. How long we keep it

Client and health records: 5 years after your last service, then deleted. Payment records: as long as tax law requires. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or opt out of marketing. Residents of South Africa, the EU, the UK and some US states, such as Washington and California, have additional rights under their local laws. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa or your local privacy regulator.
